For a major American Tax Service
My Role
As part of Solution Team, I worked on this project as a UX and Visual designer in the initial stages to provide a solution to the client in the form of a prototype.

The Problem
The current solution of training new tax consultants was challenging. The firm wanted to digitize the training.
The Solution

Learners were trained by using scenarios to demonstrate different situations

Learning by practice – learners were asked to complete certain tasks and given feedback on their performance

Visual Design
Realistic visuals were designed to give leaners an immersive experience of completing the tasks.
Results
Revenue – The stakeholders and learners loved the initial idea and the project was a Win for the solution team!
