Scenario Based Learning Design

For a major American Tax Service

My Role

As part of Solution Team, I worked on this project as a UX and Visual designer in the initial stages to provide a solution to the client in the form of a prototype.

The Problem

The current solution of training new tax consultants was challenging. The firm wanted to digitize the training.

The Solution

  • Learners were trained by using scenarios to demonstrate different situations

  • Learning by practice – learners were asked to complete certain tasks and given feedback on their performance

  • Interactive content to keep learner engagement

Realistic visuals were designed to give leaners an immersive experience of completing the tasks.
